Refund Policy
- Apparel & Merchandise: Issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order to allow us to contact our supplier. Apparel is print-on-demand, just for you, and we use a third-party company for production and shipping. Please contact us at support@minaolek.com so that we can help remedy any issues.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products (e.g., workbooks, templates, online resources) are final. Due to the nature of these items, refunds are not available.
- Coaching Services: Refunds for coaching services will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Minaolek’s discretion. We offer a 20-minute FREE consultation to determine if we are a mutual fit. If we deem that we cannot help, we will refer you to a trusted professional within our network. Once a payment plan for courses is started, the full payment commitment applies.
Payment Plans & Cancellations
- Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan for any service or course, you are responsible for completing all payments. Failure to make payments may result in restricted access to resources or services.Digital Products: All sales of digital products (e.g., workbooks, templates, online resources) are final. Due to the nature of these items, refunds are not available.
- Cancellations: You may cancel a coaching session with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion.
